What areas do you cover?

We serve Maida Vale and neighbouring West London: Little Venice, Notting Hill, St John's Wood and postcodes W9 through W12. If you're just outside, do call. We're often able to help.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Visiting care starts from a single hour, though most families settle into a regular rhythm of two or three visits a week. Adult day care is booked by the day.

Are your caregivers DBS-checked and insured?

Yes. Every caregiver is enhanced DBS-checked, fully insured, and chosen by us personally. We never subcontract, and you'll meet the same one or two faces each visit.

Do you offer personal care such as bathing or dressing?

We focus on companionship, wellbeing, day care and support with daily living. We're not a personal-care provider, so if bathing, dressing or clinical tasks are what's needed, we'll happily point you to trusted colleagues who specialise in that.

How quickly can care begin?

In most cases, within a week of your first call. We'd rather start well than start fast, so we always meet in person before the first visit.

Are there long contracts to sign?

No. There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause, change or stop with a week's notice, at any time.
